"New house and new well in Tryon. Water was horrible and needed a solution. The equipment was provided by Action Manufacturing and the install was done by Wesly at Royal Water Works. Could not be happier Wesly got it hooked up in a timely matter and I have the best water I've ever had straight out of the tap. Wife says clothes come out cleaner and her morning coffee is the best. No more bottled water for me to buy and also would like to mention the salt brine tank sensor he installed. Takes the guess work out of when I need salt. Sensor sends me a text to update me on when i need salt. Thanks again for a job well done. Would always use Wes for water issues at house."

"Wesley Royal installed a filtration system for me yesterday. I have a tremendous amount of iron in my well water which I understand is very common in Mills River, NC. This is the third system to be installed over a 30 year period as the 2 prior systems failed. I am hopeful in believing this system will take care of the iron issue. I want to thank Wesley for his hard work, knowledge and expertise, and CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I was extremely impressed that I actually got to speak with Wesley personally when I placed my first call to the company to inquire about my filtration needs. Highly recommend!!!!!!!! "

"When our shower started showing blue stains on its floor, I went to Wes' office in Pisgah Forrest, NC, for help. I had been referred to him by friends. Wes explained why the stains were appearing, and, remembering my high school chemistry, what he said made complete sense. I didn't realize that our well water was a bit acidic (pH of 6.5), and that that is very common in these WNC mountains. My home is plumbed with Pex--but the fittings are mostly copper. Our well water was slowly "eating" them up, and, at some point, pinhole leaks would develop. Wes installed a water neutralizing system, and provided a professional, friendly, no-pressure experience. If you're experiencing water issues of any kind, Wes Royal is the definitely the one to consult. "
